One of my favorite things to do is wash and block my knits. Yesterday I re-blocked this scarf. I was a little bit timid the first time I blocked it, but this time I blocked it more aggressively and am much happier with it. I took advantage of the sink full of sudsy, fragrant water (Soak Unleash) to wash my most recent Lizard Ridge squares (pictured in yesterday’s post). There’s really nothing like a sink full of Noro and Soak to make me happy.
I also updated my pattern page with some of my new photos and made some final (for now) tweaks to my blog sidebar. Thank you for visiting!

Hmm, you LOVE blocking? You should start a business. Most of us hate it. Well, I think what I need is better blocking tools and some more space to block and then maybe, just maybe, I wouldn’t dread doing it.

Your scarf is beautiful. I haven’t knit with Noro yet. Every time I pick up a skein I put it back down again because I just don’t like the texture. You’re wearing it against your neck in the photo. Does it really soften up enough to be comfortable or do you have a high tolerance for scratchy yarn against sensitive skin?
